Due to powerful servers and specially designed software, installed and implemented in Armenia after detailed analysis, we can organize order acception and provision of taxies to customers in a shortest possible time.
This system allows the customers to order taxies from the place they stay at the moment merely dialing a single phone number, the number of the Unified Dispatcher Centre. And any car nearest to the customer will drive up to him, independent of its belonging to this or that taxi service, if that service is the partner of our unified system. So you will not wait long for the next order.
Drivers that are nearest to the order address can choose the order on their own.
In the GPS navigators installed in all cars cooperating with us there is a software ensuring the driver’s access to the unified server, which accepts customer orders.
You choose the order and approve it pressing relevant button. The server checks out if other drivers have not chosen the same order. And after this the order is fixed. Nobody else can take this order after it is fixed. You have to mention when you will reach the destination point. The customer also gets an SMS or a voince alert with this information. The alert indicates the name of the taxi service, the make and registration number of the car.
When you reach the area mentioned by the customer you press a button on the mobile phone or GPS navigator and send him an SMS or a voice alert telling that you have arrived.
Each driver and taxi service cooperating with the Unified Dispatcher Centre must follow certain criteria for radical enhancement of service quality, that will undoubtedly impact the increase of your orders.
Our company connects to our server only those services and taxies strictly complying with the rules of well-mannered service of population.
- The drivers must be properly dressed, be clean and shaven,
- The drivers must not smoke in presence of customers in the car,
- Will help to open the boot, put or take out the luggage,
- Will not speak on the phone while driving,
- Won’t curse or complain about the hardships of life in the course of driving,
- Will return the change, leaving the giving of the tip on customer’s disposal.
- The car must be in good order, washed and clean.
This is required from you. Instead you will earn 30-40% more than usual, which amounts to at least AMD 3000-5000.
We have already described the peculiarities of work of our system, which is capable of increasing the number of orders. This is definitely so. The system works uninterruptedly and is controlled by the server. The regular work of the system ensures timely execution of orders. There can’t be any priority in distribution of orders between the drivers.
The fact of timely execution of the order is the driving force of the whole mechanism.
